Glued ploughfold
Want to impress your advertisers and persuade them to take out bigger ads, but think the cost of converting your superstructure for four-page centre spreads is simply too high? Then a glued plough fold may be the answer. Our pseudo-ploughfold module allows you to produce four-page centre spreads by simply fitting two glue nozzles at the harp. The production costs associated with a glued ploughfold are modest compared to the value it can add and the benefits to your advertisers: an ad spread across four broadsheet pages side by side will make an impact on the most hardened consumer.
Depending on the type and weight of paper, print production can even continue at maximum speed. Hybrid copies with standard broadsheet pages and four-page spreads are also possible.
