Reelstand maintenance
Paper is a basic component of print production, so a trouble-free supply to the press is essential for the high level of productivity demanded today.
To safeguard this supply, even after years of operation, we recommend regular reelstand maintenance. With careful co-ordination this can be carried out by our service specialists without impairing the availability of the reelstand for production.
Years of experience, and a predefined spare-parts package, enable our experts to calculate the labour input precisely. A prior inspection is not normally necessary.

- Maintenance interval approx. 15,000 operating hours
- Mechanical and electrical inspection
- Replacement or overhaul of consumables in the chucks (e.g. bearings, sealing rings, springs, expandable jaws etc.)
- Pneumatic leakage and pressure test
- Replacement of paster rollers and bearings
- Adjustment of pasting frame
