KBA QualiTronic is an inline sheet-inspection system.

How does it work?

• A highly sensitive colour camera scans each individual sheet
• The scan data are compared automatically with a pre-generated master sheet
• Errors are automatically tagged:
  • in real time on the console screen
  • via a visual signal
  • with a tape inserter
