Automatic suction ring positioning - ASP

Automatic suction ring positioning (ASP) on the sheet brake in the delivery relieves the operator of time-consuming manual adjustments. It is only necessary to enter the desired suction ring positions at the ErgoTronic console; all further process steps then run fully automatically. It is even possible to correct previous settings during production without needing to stop the press. This function is especially valuable on perfector presses where the job structure calls for frequent format changes.
