QualiTronic Professional
QualiTronic Professional merges inline sheet inspection and inline colour measurement into a single system. On perfector presses, two systems are installed to provide inspection and colour control for both sides of the sheet. The combination of QualiTronic and QualiTronic ColorControl in QualiTronic Professional is more than just the sum of their individual functionalities – it represents a “total quality system”. Fast job changeovers, satisfaction of the highest print quality demands, minimal start-up waste, product piles free of imperfect sheets and independent run lengths establish the prerequisites for the industrial production of high-quality print on Rapida sheetfed offset presses. The constantly rising demands placed on print quality, short makeready times, waste reduction, the ecological aspects of energy and material savings, and last but not last the profitability of a printing press and its individual systems are challenges which are answered by QualiTronic Professional.
