Eco-package

The eco-package press upgrade contains all the technical equipment required for ecologically certified print production. The certification process involves measurements of VOCs, ink mist, ozone, UV light, powder and noise, and thereby confirms that presses equipped with the eco-package comply reliably with all relevant limit values. The media used satisfy the demands of the branch initiative “Solvents in offset print” and the joint European protocol elaborated by BG, CNAMTS, HSE and CEFIC. It is thus possible to award the eco-certificate “Emission-tested”. The certificate is valid not only for commercial and packaging presses, but also for press configurations for UV and hybrid production. With the eco-package, a press is already today guaranteed to meet the stricter thresholds which must be expected in the future.
