Timed impression cylinder washing
With the option “Timed impression cylinder washing”, the sequence of the washing program provides for only one cylinder half to be washed at a time. The washing beam is lifted over the grippers as it passes the second half of the cylinder, during which time the cloth is also advanced. This ensures that only clean cloth ever comes into contact with the cylinder grippers when the rubber lip is applied.
