Lightweight package

The accessories contained in this package permit the handling of lightweight substrates down to 30 g/m². To this end, the following components are retr

ofitted to the press: 

  • Additional side blowers to intensify loosening of the feeder pile 
  • Smoothing brushes to spread the sheets evenly on the feed table 
  • Solenoid valve for automatic deactivation of the side blowers in certain situations 
  • Separator springs on the feeder head to assist peeling of the sheet at the back edge of the pile 
  • Additional separating blowers, loosening blowers, lifting suckers and forwarding suckers to stabilise the sheet over its full area 
  • On-the-run tilting of the lifting suckers by ± 8° relative to the vertical axis in the direction of sheet transport
