KBA LogoTronic provides for company-wide digital data exchange between management, production, purchasing, logistics and general office departments. It offers tailored open data transfer solutions to suit print enterprises of all sizes, whatever their business strategy. Especially for larger enterprises with not only more presses, but possibly also with other Opera components (DensiTronic, QualiTronic etc.) already installed, LogoTronic Professional represents an ideal data management system, ensuring that digital data must only be entered once to become available in all departments of the company. Additional modules such as PressWatch and SpeedWatch also permit live evaluation and analysis of the current production. A LogoTronic network can be tailored precisely to the needs of the individual user, with the flexibility to grow step by step as the business expands its implementations of fully digital data flows.

Speed Watch

SpeedWatch generates a time-speed diagram with which it is possible to reconstruct all significant events and messages recorded on a selected press. Authorised users can also access this information via the Internet or company Intranet.

 

PressWatch

The function PressWatch enables the print manager to obtain an immediate update on the status of jobs being printed and on the current production data of all presses on the printshop network.

 

Always in the picture

LogoTronic Professional keeps management in the picture at all times and ensures that customer enquiries can always be answered with the most up-to-date information. All available data can be retrieved from any location, within the company or outside. Whether the print manager wishes to check the current work situation in the company from home, or perhaps receives a call from a customer while out of the office, a few clicks in a Web browser bring up the required information immediately and enable the manager to base his statements on the latest data.

Data security naturally plays a key role. For this reason, sensitive business data can only be accessed by authorised persons. Even KBA, as the system supplier, is only able to access information if granted explicit authorisation, e.g. temporarily in connection with a remote maintenance request.
