His tasks include organisation and realisation of the installation, through to quality-oriented commissioning of the press with an absolute minimum of delay. Your individual requirements are taken into account throughout the process, and he provides for the prescribed acceptance in accordance with applicable guidelines .
Your personal service department contact, however, is not only your partner during installation, but also throughout the subsequent warranty period and – if you wish – over the whole lifetime of the press. He offers his support on site, receives your requests and enquiries and answers any arising questions, for as long as and whenever you choose to make use of our services.
