DensiTronic PDF
DensiTronic PDF is an automated sheet-inspection and quality assurance system that assumes the function of a proof reader. The result is a verified good sheet at the start of the production run.
How does it work?
- The sheet is scanned in at the Densitronic desk
- A resolution of 12 x 12 pixels per square millimetre in colour = 300 dpi
- The scan data are compared with the digital PDF original from pre-press
- Errors are flagged in accordance with the specified degree of precision
