ACR

ACR is a system for measuring and controlling register outside the press.

How does it work?

• Register marks printed with the image are measured using a hand-held scanner
• Register differences are translated into circumferential, lateral and diagonal adjustments
• These adjustments are made automatically in the press

Benefits

• Shortens makeready times, particularly on long presses
• The measuring head can also be used as a video linen tester for scrutinising the printed image
